    Le pays est en plein chantier d’élaboration d’une nouvelle Stratégie nationale pour la lutte contre la corruption (et l’impunité), la SNLCC. Celle qui est en vigueur arrivera à son terme à la fin de l’année en cours après dix ans de mise en œuvre dans la bataille contre cette « ennemie » apparemment imbattable. Mise en selle en 2014, la SNLCC actuelle finira sa course incessamment. Mi-figue, mi-raisin, le bilan de la décennie de la Stratégie nationale de lutte contre la corruption balance entre un échec et une réussite. Le Comité pour la sauvegarde de l’intégrité (CSI) se trouve dans l’embarras pour traduire la situation exacte. Sahondra Rabenarivo, la présidente du CSI, déplore plus d’une fois l’existence de certains facteurs de blocage dans le processus normal de la lutte contre la corruption.
